Actually, the wiring of the safety grating of the punch press is very simple. When we plug in all the signal wires, we are left with the wiring. What is the way of wiring? The conventional punch safety gratings are all equipped with a controller. There are two independent cables at the output of the controller, one is the power line (110V-240V) voltage, we can connect to the 220V AC power supply. The controller supplies power, and the controller supplies power to the grating. At this time, the safety light curtain starts to operate. We can align the light source between the emitter and the receiver, and you can see that the indicator on the controller is green, or the indicator on the grating The light is green. The other one is the signal line, the signal line is T, K line, we find the part we need to wire to control, the general routine is to control the foot switch. We find any switch wire of the foot switch in the electric box, remove this wire from the crimping terminal, and then connect any one of our T and K wires to this terminal, and the other one to this terminal. On the root of the foot switch that I have removed, I wrap it with insulating tape to prevent short circuits. At this time, all our lines are connected and completed.
